Weekend Sunshine XXX
/Heyyooo everyone! Weekends good? Mine was great and short. Literally and figuratively -- it felt short and I worked on Sunday. That being said it was suuupperrrrr low key and really relaxing right before things kick into high gear for the next two months. We have a lot of fun adventures planned in May and June that I've been looking forward to for months. For now, let me show you all the food I ate this weekend (because that's pretty much what this post consists of). Let's get to it, shall we?!

We gave avocado toast a hiatus this weekend and went with spicy tuna toast. Yum!
The pomodoro pizza at Pastoral is PERFECTION. It's just sauce with chili oil and basil. Deeelish!
Anddd here's the extent of my Sunday Food Prep: Quiche. It was a nice treat at lunch today!
